The Women before the Second Vatican II were not much taken into consideration. The Second Vatican II gave the women not just more freedom in the church but also more options. That mean that women were aboe to get more active in the church.

- Nuns do not longer have to stay in the convent to be nuns

What is the Vatican Council II?
A) The Second Vatican Council was created by Pope John XXIII in the date of October 11 of 1962, and it was closed by Pope Paul VI in December 8 of 1965. It was the twenty-first Ecumenical Council of the Catholic Church. It’s now known as the Voice of the Church.

VC2 with P.J.XXIII started 11.X.62. Done by Pauly the sixth in 8/12/65.21^st influence by council of CC. Known as VC.

What did it do?
B) It is 40 years since the opening of the Second Vatican Council. The Council was convoked by Pope John XXIII for two purposes: the renewal or aggiornamento of the Catholic Church and Christian reunion - two goals which are surely integrally related. The Pope expressed the hope that it would be the beginning of a new Pentecost for the Church.

How did it change Things?
C) Aiming to elaborate a positive relationship between Catholicism and the modern world; abandoning the format of harsh denunciations (anathemas) used at previous church councils; affirming the fundamental human right to religious liberty; affirming that fundamental truths were taught by religions other than Roman Catholicism; and reforming Catholic spirituality and church governance.

Aim to make + reason of CC and MW relation. Confirmed the FHR to RL reforming things such as truth.
